The Lord Mayor of Prague Jan Kasl asked the Magistrate to participate in the project with the amount of 2,-CZK per 1 inhabitant. Forty-eight of the fifty-seven Prague Quarters accepted this issue. Therefore they have privilege of using the carillon twice a year for cost price only.
